MALVIN operates by providing highly-qualified technical staff that are able to advise the best resolution for any situation. In particular, our team is able to indicate the perfect integrated system that can achieve the goals indicated by thermal and acoustic and fire prevention regulations, which enables them to receive the correct certification. Thanks to our expertise and experience, we are able to create bespoke packages in accordance with customer specifications.

We have maintained this environmental commitment by incorporating all the directives aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, reducing energy usage and using energy obtained from renewable sources, thus incorporating all the European directives pertaining to bio-building and eco-sustainability -specifically:
  • ISO 14001: 2004 environmental management system
  • ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system
  • FPC Certification of the production process
  • DL March 27th 2006 n. 161 for the limitations of emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
  • Ministerial Decree 10.05.2004 using cements treated with reducing agents able to break down the water-soluble Chrono VI, thus guaranteeing user safety
  • UNI EN ISO 14021 for the creation of eco-sustainable products that guarantee a minimal environmental impact
  • CO2 ZERO Creation of an 'eco-company' with zero CO2 emissions, with the construction of a photovoltaic system able to meet all the company's energy needs
  • ANAB-ICEA certification of bio building products according to UNI EN ISO 14024 type I environmental labelling

Incorporating Intoidro protects prefabricated structures, new or during repair, and makes them impermeable. It can be used on subjects with small deformations and is anti-carbonate for concrete structures.
