Training is another aspect that MALVIN considers fundamental to the company's growth and the improvement of the service that offers to customers.
The internal training program starts with periodic training courses and technical updates:
For the productive, administrative, logistical and technical personnel to always guarantee maximum reliability.
For our agents and technicians on all technical, functional and operational aspects of the products and services we offer.
The program of continuing education externally involves:
- Training courses and/or technical updates with designers, operators (applicators and companies) and resellers.
- Training courses with Engineering students at the Federico II University of Naples.
We also provide guided tours at our production sites to illustrate the phases and methods of production, quality control and research and development.
