NOVAFLEX SIL AE 3/4/5
The resilient high density elastic panel in vulcanized and pressed granular rubber. Ecological sheath for insulation from trampling noises consisting of a mattress density of 750 kg/m³ (± 7%) formed by compounds of natural and synthetic elastomers, also coming from the recovery of PFU (tyres out of use), linked by polymerized Polyurethanes En masse.

AESSE 2200
Mattress for noise insulation from foot traffic made of heat-bonded polyester fibers from the recovery of PET bottles, coupled on one side with a bituminous membrane. The rolls have a side edge of 5 cm adhesive to improve the installation. The main characteristics of the polyester give the product an excellent behavior also as thermal insulation. SIL AESSE 2200 does not cause problems in being handled and does not release harmful substances. It is imputrescible, resistant to mold and rodents, resistant to UVA and UVB rays, resistant to atmospheric agents.

AEMIX PUR
Ecological mattress obtained from the agglomeration of flexible expanded polyurethane flakes recovered by processing from waste of production or from products that have reached the end of their life cycle, bonded by polymerized polyurethanes
En masse. SIL MIX PUR is made of a waterproof side with high resistance non-removable polyethylene. Silmix PUR has a good mechanical strength and excellent absorption capacity for shocks.

Impact soundproofing insulation obtained by the coupling of a layer of chemically crosslinked closed polyethylene foam of blue color, with a plasticizer, of density 30 Kg / m³, and thickness 5 mm, with a non-woven polyester fiber felt of weight 100 g / m² coupled with polypropylene fibers with additives of special resilient resins, weight 100 g / m², thickness 2 mm. From the part of the chemical cross-linked expanded polyethylene, an embossing and a lamination of a transparent polyethylene film bearing the product logo is performed, this film acts as an anti-carbon and brake
vapor.

Mattress for the acoustic insulation from the noise of trampling made of flexible polyurethane agglomerate, coupled by a side with a glass of bitumen and polypropylene. The rolls have a 5 cm lateral selvedge. The characteristics of the polyurethane agglomerate give the product excellent behaviour also as thermal insulator. SIL Aesse 3000 does not give problems in being handled and does not release harmful substances.
